DESCRIPTION

Chiffon cakes are notoriously tricky but oh-so-yummy!

In this workshop, we are making a super soft and aromatic Gula Melaka Chiffon Cake and a totally luscious Pandan Chiffon Cake. If you love chiffon cakes, this workshop is for you!

What you will learn:

2 chiffon cakes recipes

How to make Gula Melaka Coconut Caramel

How to get the right meringue

How to unmold chiffon cakes

What you will prepare:

1 6-inch Pandan Chiffon Cake

1 6-inch Gula Melaka Chiffon Cake

What the fee includes:

Like the super luscious yet light Japanese Cheesecake.

In this workshop, we are making a fluffy Japanese Cheesecake as well as fruit tarts that are totally moreish!

What you will learn:

  • Make Japanese Cheesecake
  • Get the meringue right
  • Make tart shells
  • Make creme patissiere (demo)
  • Assemble fruit tarts

What you will prepare:
