In this series of workshops, I shall be teaching cafe favorites. In this workshop, we start with savory and totally moreish Ham and Cheese Pinwheel Rolls. Who can resist ham and cheese and puff pastry? Super yum!
We are also baking a Pine and Date Loaf Cake. I love baking with dates – the flavor of dates seems to improve by leaps and bounds when combined with cake! To give it a little crunch, we are adding pine nuts into the cake as well. I love pine nuts – they are so aromatic!
Finally, we are baking the classic Cafe-style Oatmeal and Raisin cookies. There is a reason why this combo is so popular – chewy with bits of sweetness embedded in the cookies. All you need is a cup of coffee or tea!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
