Workshop Description

I think the most challenging Chinese New Year cookie to make has to be Kueh Bangkit. Apart from ingredients that are difficult to deal with, it is really tough to get these cookies just-right so they melt in your mouth.

Well, in this workshop, I will teach you how to make the right dough so you can make melt-in-your-mouth Kueh Bangkit any time!

We are also making sugee cookies. For many of us, it is simply not CNY without tasting these delicate and delicious cookies made with semolina!

Finally we are making matcha German cookies. These cookies are not only delicious, they are really fun to make with your little ones too!
