Christmas is time to indulge in a super delicious fruitcake!
In this workshop, we are making a fruitcake that is so good, you will want to eat quite a few slices! I have started marinating the dried fruit in booze, so you know this is going to be a really good cake that will be packed with loads of fruit and nuts! You can also opt for a non-alcoholic version of this cake if you like.
We are also baking a moist apple cake with cinnamon and walnuts. The aroma of apple and cinnamon baking never fails to remind me of Christmas. Super love!

What you will prepare:
- One 7×4′ loaf Fruitcake
- One 6″ Apple Walnut cake
NOTE: If you prefer the non-alcoholic version of the fruitcake, please indicate your preference when you sign up for the workshop.

Participants are to bring their own pens for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 12. Classes will start with a minimum of 8 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
