I have been feeling so nostalgic recently and thinking a lot about local food.
So I decided it is time to conduct a workshop on curry puff making because nothing can beat how good a home-made curry puff that is stuffed with extra ho liao can be!
To start, we will make spiral curry puffs and fill them with chicken and potatoes. The pastry for this curry puff is harder to make and more time-consuming but you will agree that the results are more than worth the effort you will put in!
We are also making a more traditional curry puff with a modern twist – my mom really loves this one – nasi lemak curry puff! This is a whacky combo that really works. I especially love the combination of the sambal with the ikan bilis and egg. So yummy!
This is a full hands-on class, so if you are keen to learn how to make curry puffs, sign up soon as there are very limited slots!
NOTE: These curry puffs are deep fried, not baked!
