This is a fun-filled workshop because I am teaching many basic skills!
To start we will be making chicken stock from scratch. My chicken stock is packed with flavor, totally simple to make and very economical. See how much more flavorful your soups can get! To see this, we are making Italian Wedding Soup! Made with chicken meatballs and vegetables, this was one of my staples when I was in the US as it is a meal on its own!
We are also making a mouth-watering lasagna, with layers of chicken meat sauce and bechamel sauce, this is one of my kids favorite dishes, loads of (hidden) vegetables notwithstanding!
This is a meal you can re-create for your family and friends.Come and cook with me, pick up some very useful kitchen skills and tips, and have fun doing so!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 12. Classes will start with a minimum of 8 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
