Workshop Description

In this workshop, we are cooking up an Italian feast!

To start, we are making chicken and wild rice soup. If you had attended my Christmas workshops, you will already know how tasty wild rice is, and here we are using it, along with chicken and vegetables, to cook this delicious soup, which can be served as part of a meal or a meal by itself!

We are also cooking the classic Spaghetti bolognese. A rich and comforting sauce, this is one dish you can cook over and over again at home and it will always remain an ever popular dish!

And finally for dessert, we are making mini Italian pear cake. This cake is moist and tender and totally moreish! (NOTE: We are using beef for this dish – please drop me a note if you prefer to have the chicken version.)

This is a meal you can re-create for your family and friends for any occasion. Let me show you how you can put this together with minimal effort for maximum results!

What you will learn:

How to cook chicken and wild rice soup
How to cook bolognese sauce
How to cook perfect pasta
How to make pear cake

What you will each bring home:

2 servings of chicken and wild rice soup
2 servings of spaghetti bolognese
One 9×5-inch pear cake

Interactive hands-on baking session

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 12. Classes will start with a minimum of 8 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.

The Domestic Goddess Wannabe reserves the copyrights of any videos and photography taken in class for future promotional purposes, without any prior notice.

You can opt for non-alcoholic beer. All ingredients are otherwise halal.
